This set features outstanding model and special effects make-up artist Meaghan O'Keefe of OpenWoundFX. Meaghan cast this eye appliance in silicone from a mold made from a clay slulpt. She then painted it and added real stitches. After she applied it, she embellished it with makeup to blend, add veining, details, irritation etc. This thing was amazing in person, and I only hope I did it justice in the photos.
Meaghan also handmade her killer skirt and leggings for this shoot. You should all be throwing money at her to make gashes and pose for you.
